Procedural and Operational Rules

The Procedural and Operational Rules aim to ensure that each stage of the inquiry—participation in the Inquiry's work, applications and requests, hearings, presentation of evidence and document management—goes smoothly.

The Rules also set out the principle of public debate while establishing the possibility of holding closed proceedings or subjecting evidence to a confidentiality order in so as to protect certain rights.
